Spending time outside in nature can help to boost our mental health and overall wellbeing. Our adult health and wellbeing group is based at Hilsea Lines and is for adults who wish escape from the stress of life and spend a few hours in a peaceful tranquil environment. Participants have the opportunity to immerse themselves in mindful activities such as whittling and nature arts and crafts; purposeful activities such as chop wood, and prepare and cook the campfire lunch and much more. We are a friendly, supportive and inclusive group with a big community spirit. The sessions are not structured but, instead are participant led where individuals can get involved at a level they are comfortable with.
